Export Policy: Massa Products Corporation is committed to full compliance with all U.S. laws and regulations, and the laws of all other jurisdictions, related to international trade activities.<\/h2><\/div><\/div>[vc_empty_space height=”25px”][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text el_class=”expert_text”]Massa\u2019s products, software, services and technical data are subject to export and re-export controls administered by the United States, and are subject, when applicable, to the export controls administered by the governments of other countries.
\nMassa\u2019s products, software, services and technical data cannot be sold, resold, diverted or transferred (including in-country transfers) in any way, whether directly or indirectly:[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”25px”][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

  • To any other party, or for any other use, unless the sale, resale, diversion or transfer is fully compliant with all applicable export-related laws and regulations. It is important to understand that U.S. law is applicable to U.S. origin products, software, services and technical data anywhere in the world, regardless of circumstances. In some cases, a U.S. re-export license may be required in addition to a local country export license.<\/li>\n
  • To any person or entity named on any of the various \u201crestricted party\u201d lists, unless specifically authorized by the U.S. Government \u2013 including but not limited to the U.S. Department of Commerce\u2019s Denied Persons List, Entities List and Unverified List; the U.S. Department of State\u2019s Debarred List; the U.S. Department of Treasury\u2019s Specially Designated Nationals List, Sectoral Sanctions Identification List, or Specially Designated Terrorists List; and the similar lists published by other governments.<\/li>\n
  • To, or in support of, the countries that are subject to comprehensive U.S. embargoes and economic sanctions \u2013 currently, these countries include Cuba, North Korea, Iran, Sudan, and Syria. In addition to these comprehensive sanctions, Massa\u2019s products, software, services, and technical data may be subject to the limited or targeted sanctions imposed on specific persons, entities, or countries by the United States or by other governments.<\/li>\n
  • For, or in support of, any end-use related to chemical or biological weapons, sensitive nuclear activities,, missile technology activities, or any other illicit activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    \nTR-1447 Series and TR-109 Transducer (all assigned ECCN 6A001).<\/p>\n

    Export laws and sanctions laws change frequently. Each party in control or in possession of Massa\u2019s software, services and technical data is solely responsible to ensure that its actions (and the actions of its agents, subsidiaries and \/ or representatives) are conducted in accordance with current legal requirements, and with any applicable contractual obligations to Massa. Massa Products Corporation assumes no responsibility for the non-compliant actions of any other person or entity.<\/p>\n
